Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Custom-branded items generally cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault.

Sizing issues can be addressed through exchanges on standard, unbranded items. For branded garments, we strongly recommend sizing samples before ordering.

Shipping & Delivery

Yes. We deliver nationwide through reputable courier partners. Delivery fees will be confirmed on your quotation.

Fabric Care

Wash inside-out on a gentle cycle, avoid harsh detergents, and never iron directly on printed or embroidered areas.

All fabrics are tested for colour-fastness. Following recommended care instructions helps maintain colour and garment longevity.

Urgent & Express Orders

Where possible, yes. Priority scheduling can be arranged depending on production capacity and garment type.

Urgent orders may incur a priority fee due to overtime and accelerated scheduling.

Large School Rollouts

Yes. We can manufacture complete school uniform programmes, including sports kits and accessories.

Design Approvals & Mock-ups

Yes. Digital mock-ups are provided for approval prior to manufacturing or branding.

Changes can be made before approval. Once approved and in production, changes may incur additional costs.

High-resolution vector artwork is preferred (AI, PDF, EPS). PNG files may be accepted depending on branding method.
